A Motorcycle Tragedy: Help the Trauntvein Family

On Halloween evening, my dear student Donovin Trauntvein was struck down on his motorcycle by a motorist who ran through a red light.
At the tragic age of 17, our young friend has been severely hurt. His body has truly been broken, and with that our hearts at The Academy are broken as well.
Our collective and personal pain put aside, Donovin's family needs our help! Healthcare is not cheap, and even with insurance in America, emergency medical bills can crush families! This is an amazing and inspirational family, please don't let them be further crushed by financial devastation.
The doctors at Intermountain Healthcare diagnosed Donovin with 2 broken legs, 2 broken arms, a broken wrist, and a collapsed lung. Luckily there was no damage to his spine. Initial surgeries have been done on his legs and the doctors are still not sure if there has been any brain damage.
The Trauntvein family is in deep need of financial assistance to support their son in this crisis. Initial hospital cost estimates are looking to be around $35,000. The family is a dear part of our Southern Utah community. Don't let another good American family get crippled by medical debt.
The Trauntveins are deeply traumatized emotionally and fearful at the moment. Please join our community of support and help us to alleviate some elements of that fear.
