A Mother's Plea: Save Our Water, Save Our Home

Hello, I am Jodie Thulin and it is very hard for me to express how I feel about this. I am one person that hates to ask for help. I have no other choice but to ask for help with this outstanding water bill. I don't understand how my water bill is $5,000 I just bought a house 2 years ago and I took on some of the bills that the person who owned it left for me. I am a single parent of four kids and one grandson. I do have two kids left living in the house. I am at a loss for words. I work two jobs and still there is no way I can pay $5,000 just for my water bill. Please help if you can. I have a truck I can haul trash, help with a move, or anything else in exchange for my bill being paid. This is very stressful to get a shut off notice every month based on water usage from 1-2 years ago.
