A Mother's Plea: Help Prevent Eviction

I don't know where to begin. Honestly, I'm embarrassed to even have to do this, but I'm desperate and out of options. I am putting my pride aside and asking for help. So here's my story....

My name is Veronica. I was hurt on the job on 11/26/2020. I hurt my S1, L4, L5, my sciatic nerve, tailbone, pelvis, and right hip. I live life in pain every day; the simplest tasks are hard for me. I am unable to work, but I do get work comp when they decide they feel like paying me. I have been to 7 different doctors, had 11 injections, 2 Rhizotomies, water therapy, 2 years of physical therapy, OMM, needling, pelvic floor therapy, and in September of 2023, I had back surgery to implant a spinal cord stimulator. Unfortunately, none of this has worked or helped. I was given permanent restrictions and have applied for disability, but so far, I haven't heard anything. I do have an attorney for being hurt on the job, but that can take years (it's already been 4). I have been able to make ends meet up to this past December. I'm supposed to get paid work comp weekly, but my adjuster pays me whenever she feels like it. I have gone weeks without any income. Consumers shut me off back in December; I was able to borrow money to get that turned back on, but now my bill just keeps adding up because I'm not able to pay it. I have borrowed money from family and friends. I have applied for assistance but was denied. I received a note on my door today from my landlord that if I don't pay rent by the 10th, they will be filing for eviction. I owe $1688 for rent. My car is extremely late, and I owe on that, or they will have to take the next steps (repo). My car insurance got canceled for non-payment. I am more than happy to talk with anyone more in-depth and answer any questions about my situation if you would like to know more. I didn't put everything in here because it's A LOT. I tried to give the short version of my story.

I am reaching out to the community for help because I don't know what else to do. I know times are hard for everyone, and most people are struggling too. I have two kids (17 and 11). It breaks my heart that I can't provide for my kids like I used to. I know my situation isn't my forever, but until everything works out, I need a little help. I can't get evicted; my kids need a home. I need my car to get my kids to and from school. I am asking, begging for help. Any amount helps and is very appreciated.
