A Mother’s Plea: Help Me Bring My Babies Home

My name is Amy Allen. I’m a devoted mother of two beautiful young children, my miracle babies, Charlotte and Jackson. For the past several months, I’ve been in the fight of my life: working to restore a stable, loving relationship with my kids after a sudden and unexpected custody change.

This has been an emotionally and financially devastating time. Despite years as their primary attachment figure, a deep, loving bond, and a proven commitment to my children’s well-being, I’ve been forced into supervised visitation and severely limited contact. I’m now working with an attorney who believes in my case and is pursuing a motion to restore custody and enforce prior court orders. We are currently scheduled for the final trial in September, but delays are likely to push it to 2026. These next legal steps are critical—and costly—and I’ve run out of resources.
