I am raising funds for my son, Ken. Ken is a type 1 diabetic (diagnosed at 13) with high blood pressure, stage 3 kidney disease, depression, and is now going blind. This money is to support him in staying independent until his claim for social security comes in. He lost his job due to his blindness, and with no income coming in, he is struggling to buy his supplies needed for his diabetes as well as paying rent, utilities, and medical needs.
