A Mother’s Final Fight: Supporting Tiana Clemens Legacy and Her Children

With deep love and heavy hearts, we share the story of a courageous woman, who is in the final stages of her battle with terminal pancreatic cancer. After only a few short weeks since finding out she is facing a terminal illness, Tiana is fighting with grace, strength, and unwavering determination. Tiana now faces the most challenging part of her journey — preparing to say goodbye far too soon to the people she loves most: her three beautiful children.

Tiana has been a relentless advocate for foster youths; in her short 46 years, she has fostered 42 foster kids while adopting 3 as her own.

Her youngest, only 12 years old, still needs the gentle guidance of a mother’s hand — the comfort, the laughter, the lessons, the love. And though she may not be here to walk beside them for the years ahead, we can help carry forward her light by wrapping this family in the support they so desperately need.

This fund will go toward easing the financial burdens of this unimaginable time: medical care, household expenses, and, most importantly, long-term support and stability for her children as they face life without their mother.
