A Mother's Life Lost Too Soon - Jolene Knudsen

It is with great sadness that we share the sudden passing of Jolene Kundsen on her birthday November 2, 2021. Jolene was a dedicated, loving mother to Anna 20, Jake 17, and Cameron 12. Her husband Derek was her best friend and high school sweetheart for over 30 years. They were truly soul mates in every sense of the word. You could feel their love and friendship every time the two of them were together. She also brought such joy to her parents Nancy and Ralph Dexter and her sister Suzanne McLaughlin. The Knudsen family is devastated and in shock over the loss of Jolene. She was the glue that held their family together.

To those who knew Jolene, you will always remember her contagious smile and infectious laugh. Jolene loved and cared deeply for everyone who came into her life. Most importantly, she loved her family; they were her greatest joys. She never missed an opportunity to be there for them or to capture the moment with a selfie. Not only was she an amazing wife and mother, she was also a great friend to so many. Jolene gave her gift of love and laughter to everyone. This gift will live on forever in the hearts of those who were dear to her.
