Young Mother of 2 & 8 Months Pregnant Murdered

Last Tuesday on Dec 6, 2022 in Kansas City MO, our beautiful Shayla was murdered in the most cowardly, senseless and evil act of violence imaginable! She was shot in the back of her head while she sat unaware on the couch looking down at her phone. She had no chance to defend herself, no chance to fight for her life and no opportunity to flee. She was executed in cold blood! Shayla was 31 weeks pregnant with a baby girl that she had already named Soleil and she was also mommy to two little ones Mars 4 and Winter 10 months. Shayla was looking forward to meeting her baby, Soliel, and she was making amazing strides in her life so that she could provide a loving home for her young family, and in one instant, it was all taken away.

We are asking that if you can, to please make a donation to help Shaylas mom, Dezirae, with some of the expenses she’ll now be faced with caring for Mars and Winter along with her own 7 year old son Leo, all while making funeral arrangements and grieving the loss of her beautiful daughter Shayla.

That monster that stole Shaylas life has been arrested and is in custody, thank God! And now Dezi will be dealing with a long and emotional journey of court hearings and a possible trial.
