My Christmas Wish: Holiday Gifts for the kids
Donation protected
Hello friends,
I'm asking for help with Christmas and birthday gifts for my kids.
If you haven't met them, I have four kids.
Taylor (15) is my oldest and I adore the beautiful and strong woman she's turning into. She made me a mom and I'm proud of the intelligence and wit this girl has. I love every piece of her.
Emily will be 14 on December 21st. She's goofy and wonderful in so many ways. A musically talented and ambitious girl who has desire. I can't wait to see what the world gifts her with.
Jaxon and Carson will be 10 on December 9th. They're both incredibly smart beyond measure. Maybe some future engineers. Jaxon is a sweet and kind heart to anyone who meets him. Carson portrays a good man for such a child still.
Right now, I'm in a homeless outreach program in a hotel in Stillwater. I have two case workers working together to find me some housing near the kids in the Cottage Grove area, and also will help me work on building a new foundation for a fresh start. Anyone who knows my story knows that it took me 4 years to make this move.
With that, the job that I was working has recently ended for the season (utility construction worker) and a new job is in the works but my car is having electrical issues, leaving me unable to commute.
While I went out of state earlier this year, I didn't end up making any commission and the large majority of what I did make went toward travel. It left me with enough to eat. So with the last 4 months at my seasonal job, I've spent most of my funds trying to catch up and also set some things in order (like buying a used vehicle, and catching up with all of the other finances I wasn't able to attend to).
I've spent years in the past unable to provide for the kids, but I would like to see what God does here. Anything provided is appreciated.
Also I have specific items for them if that is a preference for anyone donating.
This is hard to do, but the holiday season is hard enough alone. If you have a little extra to help, thank you eternally. If not, I appreciate where your heart is to read through to the end.
Happy holidays and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
