A Moment for Marcy

While getting a recent update from Marcy, she discussed the frustration that after 3 years, chemo still has not worked. It depletes her body and spirit tremendously, but has not staved off cancer. When alternative options were suggested, Marcy shared she has attempted to try several of the other options but since they are not covered by insurance, they were cost prohibitive. The options presented were encouraging, but without the funds, the possibility was off the table.


So, as a long time friend of Marcy's, I decided to put her status out there and see if anyone was interested in helping her on this next part of the journey. She is hoping to find alternative avenues to chemo. I think that is the right move.
