Hi, my name is Kaleen, and I’m a single mom to a beautiful 3-year-old daughter who is autistic and recently underwent multiple surgeries. Right now, I’m on unpaid FMLA leave so I can care for her full-time during this critical healing period.

Because of this, I have no income coming in…and the bills haven’t stopped. I’m doing everything I can to stay strong for my daughter, but the financial strain is overwhelming. Between rent, utilities, groceries, and medical-related expenses, I’m at risk of losing everything.

I’m not someone who asks for help easily, but right now, I need it.

• 50% Rent & utilities to keep a roof over our heads

• 10% Transportation to her post-op appointments and therapy

• 10% Basic living expenses while I care for her full-time

• 30% Any out-of-pocket medical needs not covered by insurance
