Well hello everyone!

You have heard right! There is another Madeline Francis production planning on being in the works this June. This is Embarrassing is the story of three girls, Violet, Parker, and Ella. These three girls have a lot in common, but the thing they love most is being with each other in their hometown. This story is bittersweet and meaningful as we watch these characters grow up and realize sometimes a bigger and better life is waiting in a new place. A fresh start and new memories can always help you become a better person but the memories from home are the most heartwarming.

This summer, I plan on making this short film inspired by my best friends WITH my best friends. Amelia is our lovely production designer and Ashley will be playing the starring role as Violet and has helped me co-write this. Our assistant director and co-writer, Owen Francis is tagging along with the girls (like always) for this fun journey.

Having all my favorite people working closely with me on this short film means everything to me. We would all really appreciate some donations to make our vision come to the big screen! We plan on shooting in early June in our beautiful home state, Missouri.

Not only is this a love letter to my best friends, it’s a love letter to my home.
