What started as a small challenge between them to see who can get the most steps each day, has now turned into a BIG challenge and for a great cause ...
1 Million Steps for Melanoma!
For the month of October, they will combine their steps each day to get to their goal of 1 Million steps.
Along the way, they will have "special guest" appearances who's daily steps will go towards their goal.
Will & Bec have decided to raise money along the way and have chosen the
Amie St Clair Melanoma part of Melanoma Institute Australia.
The Amie St Clair Melanoma Trust has been in Wagga for 10 years and has now merged with the Melanoma Institute Australia as of the beginning of 2020.
Merging with the Institute has brought many opportunities to our area, with having our very own drug trials for Melanoma patients right here in Wagga as the main focus.
This is a major step forward for our Melanoma patients throughout the Riverina because it means they may not have to travel hundred's of kilometres to get their treatment.
Your donation will go towards keeping their Melanoma Care Nurse FREE for all Melanoma patients and their families, Education to the Community, and Medical Research for Drug Trials and Treatments.
