SENDING OUT AN SOS TO THE WORLD

Thank you for clicking on this link. It is much appreciated. This is a message in a bottle. (the song from Sting comes to mind)

My name is Kriszta, and I am fundraising for my dear friend Erzsebet Revesz who lives in Hungary.

For those of you who know me, you are probably here because years ago you have met and been forever impacted by Balazs Revesz who came to Sheffield England for 18months and while studying, he was working as a volunteer all week, every week. He then travelled every Friday to Birmingham and back and volunteered some more to make a difference. And a difference he surely made. Well that guy is Erzsebet's very loving husband. They have two super fun young children and their lives as a family is continuously bringing joy to everyone in their community. If you don't know them, then an extra special welcome to you for being here. Please keep sharing their story and be rewarded with that good feeling that always comes right after you have done something to make things better for others.

Please help, send help, or share this message. It is time to do some good again.

This is why she needs help. In her own words. (with the help of Google translate)

I'm fighting the biggest fight of my life, in which I've involved very few people, the reason being that people don't like to talk about being diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer at such a young age.
So, at the beginning of January last year, this horror came to light. My loving husband and family are always by my side and supported me.

At first I received drug and injection therapy, which worked for 9 months, then it started to spread to my liver and my oncologist recommended a change of therapy, which meant that the dreaded chemotherapy began, I received 8 of them, which ended this spring, the end results were good, the metastasis from the liver disappeared, and the primary tumour in the breast shrank and "softened".
It's been 3.5 months since chemo ended. I am over a gynaecological preventive surgery, from which I have recovered. The follow-up CT will now follow in a week and a half. However, there is a problem, because there is progression, which means deterioration.
The primary tumour began to grow and split into two more small tumours. I am currently waiting for next week's oncoteam's decision on how we can continue my treatment.
We decided to do everything we could and believe that somehow my recovery was possible.
In this regard, I searched for and found a private hospital in Munich, where cancer patients are treated using a method that is only available here in Europe, called dendritic cell therapy, which helps one's own immune cells to fight cancer cells.
I contacted them and a treatment costs around £17000. And usually more then one treatment is needed. The medical team there will decide on this. We cannot afford this financially, so I would like to start a collection so that it is still available.
Please, if you are able to support my recovery, by donating what you can.

Thank you in advance for any help!
