Dear Friends and Family,

It’s with a heavy heart that I reach out to you today. My name is Scott, and I am Chad Jagow’s father. On behalf of our family and in memory of my son, I’m writing to ask for your support as we raise funds to create a memorial worthy of the incredible life Chad lived.

Chad passed away far too soon at the age of 35. His loss has left a hole in our hearts that words can’t begin to fill. He lived life large—boldly, joyfully, and unapologetically. To know Chad was to love him. He had a rare gift for making everyone feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether you were a lifelong friend or someone who crossed his path for just a moment, chances are Chad made an impression that stayed with you.

He was deeply loved and respected by so many, and the outpouring of support since his passing has been a source of comfort to our family. We want to honor Chad’s memory in a way that reflects the light and energy he brought into our lives. This memorial will serve as a place to remember him, share stories, laugh, cry, and keep his spirit alive.
