It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of or family member Raul Galvan Monroy on January 8th, 2026. Raul was a great man, cousin, friend and uncle grandpa.

Just yesterday Raul was unfortunately diagnosed with stage 4 stomach and liver cancer after many weeks in and out the hospital and countless tests. Just as we prepared and tried to come up with a plan to help him navigate through this difficult time, his body gave up and he unexpectedly passed.

Raul spent his life working hard as a mechanic and helping others when they were in need. He was like another grandpa to all of our kids who he loved watching, playing and spending time with. The kids truly were the light in his life. Raul was a very kind, caring and loving person, and no matter what, he always had a smile on his face. He will be missed by all of us, especially all of the kids who he loved like his own grandchildren.

As we Navigate this unimaginable loss we are faced with the reality of funeral costs and medical bills. We want to give Raul the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes surrounded by the people he loved.
