As much as we think we know about life, we are never ready for what life itself, decides to hand us.  
A Marine, who had been through so much, has left behind so much more.  He left behind a beautiful life.  He left behind a life full of uncertainty and it's imperfections that drive us everyday to be the better person. He loved the challenge.
He loved his wife. He loved his children like no other. The love for himself gave him a drive to push, and motivate anyone within his reach. 
We've been through the great times together. We've been through  a war together.  I'm sorry we couldn't get you through the struggle, together.
You will always be remembered as you were. You will never be forgotten. It's not what we do.  We will miss you.
