A Loving Farewell to Our Matriarch, Lee

Hi everyone, my name is Stephanie. On July 27th, we unexpectedly lost the matriarch of our family. A wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Grandma was a quiet soul with a love for Tweety Bird, bowling, Sam Cooke, and Hallmark Christmas movies. She had a hilarious obsession with collecting socks and flannel pajamas—nothing made her happier. She also hoarded snacks like the end of times was near. Although grandma was quiet, if you made her laugh, she wouldn't have been able to stop. We'll miss her laughter, goofiness and warmth. To say she will be greatly missed is a vast understatement, but we take comfort in knowing that she's been reunited with grandpa. I can picture her now drinking a Kahlúa & Milk and listening to The Best of Sam Cooke.
