A Loving Farewell to Kim Moeung

Hello, this is the GoFundMe for our mom, Kim Moeung. For years, she'd been battling with a severe neuromuscular disease. Amidst all the pain and hardships as her physical health reached a rapid decline, she maintained her smile and resilience to stay with us for as long as she did. Even knowing that this was a progressive disease, she tried.

After falling into a week-long coma that felt like an eternity, she woke up when we thought we lost her, and for two years, she remained with us while on the vent.

We made sure she was loved through it all, and that we've been waiting for her to come back home to us. In the end, the most difficult decision had been made to put her into hospice care, even knowing it was the best option for her.

Kim Moeung passed surrounded by her family and smiled one last time. She was strong until the end.

Kim's funeral will be held on June 20th at Stricklin and Snively Mortuary, 10am.
