Our hearts are shattered.

Our beautiful two-year-old daughter, Luna, was born with auto recessive polycystic kidney disease . Despite all efforts, treatments, and prayers, we lost her far too soon. Her passing has left a hole in our lives that words can never fully express. She passed away from complications from a surgery that was all stemming from (arpkd ) at Cleveland clinic main campus. As she was the light of a lot of staff, they treated her as family. I pray for all the children & people in a hard place. They are such a wonderful hospital. They gave everything they could to try and keep her here.

Luna was full of light, laughter, and love. She brought joy to every moment — whether it was her smile or the sparkle in her eyes when she played with her favorite toys. Losing her has been the most painful thing my sister & brother-in-law have faced.

Now, we are asking for help as we try to give Luna the peaceful, dignified farewell she deserves. We are trying to raise $10,000 to cover funeral expenses, final medical bills, and the costs surrounding this heartbreaking loss.

The funds will go directly toward:

• Memorial items and arrangements

• Medical costs not covered by insurance

• Support for our grieving family as we try to heal
