My name is Sharell Cowan.

I am trying to raise funds for my son Kai, who was killed on December 16th.

He was hit by a vehicle and thrown a good distance.

I'm asking for help with his final expenses. He was the sweetest boy ever. He always wanted to help everyone in any way he could. Always so happy and friendly.

He chose to be an organ donor to help others when he was gone, and I respected his choice and made sure to follow through with it.

He was only 19. He had autism, but he never let that stop him. He was smart, funny, and so loving.

He was the light of our family. He had a hard life with people treating him like he was less than. But he never stopped being who he was and always saw the good in people.
