With heavy hearts, my brother and I are asking for help as we say goodbye to our dad, Sergio. Losing him has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever faced. He was the heart of our family, and his absence leaves a space that can never truly be filled.

Our dad was a proud Hispanic man who loved his family deeply. He found so much joy in cooking bringing everyone together around the table, making sure no one ever left hungry. Some of our best memories are of him in the kitchen, smiling, telling stories, and sharing meals he made with love. More than anything, he cherished his grandchildren. Being with them made him happiest, and they meant the world to him.

As we grieve this unexpected loss, we are also facing funeral expenses totaling around $3,000. We want to give our dad the respectful service he deserves, but this financial burden is more than we can handle on our own right now.
