Honoring the Life of Nancy Rivera

A Grandmother, Wife, Mother, and Great-Grandmother

We are raising funds to help cover the funeral and burial costs for our beloved Nancy Rivera—a grandmother, wife, mother, and great-grandmother who meant so much to so many.

For many years, Nancy worked inside Canarsie High School, where she showed up every day with dedication, strength, and pride. To those who knew her, she was more than an employee—she was a familiar face, a helping hand, and a warm presence.

Nancy was a strong woman and a true fighter. Life never broke her spirit. She loved her friends and family deeply and always put others before herself. She was the kind of person who checked on everyone, made sure you were okay, and gave love without expecting anything in return .

She found joy in the simple things—word puzzles, flowers, laughter, and spending time with the people she loved . She was a role model to our family and a pillar of strength to everyone around her.
