At the age of 13yo, my baby brother took on one of the hardest battles of his life, being diagnosed with lupus, an autoimmune disease commonly known as a "woman's disease," and at such a young age, which made it that much harder for doctors to diagnose. His diagnosis soon sent him into complete kidney failure, where he would then take on another huge battle of being on dialysis for the rest of his life. If you knew my brother, he was so strong despite his illness taking over. He would do ANYTHING for you or try to find a way to make it happen despite how his conditions made him feel mentally, emotionally and physically. It gave him purpose and normalcy to know that he could help, and now we want to return the favors and lay him to rest properly. We know timing is hard due to holidays, etc., things can be a bit tight, but anything you can spare truly helps, we love you, thank you and appreciate you in advance.
