This is my nephew, Marques James Rosendahl Rice. He was a sweet, kind hearted, humorous loving boy who always had a kind words to say, jokes, the biggest smile and hugs. He was always making people laugh and always having fun. He was tragically and violently taken from us at the young age of 24. His murder is still an active investigation and the family is devastated. We are trying to raise funds for funeral/burial expenses so his mother (my sister) Jeannie Hill and his siblings don't have to worry about the how.
