Marcell Shields was the victim of a fatal hit-and-run accident in Baltimore City, MD on January 28, 2026. He had no identification on him and was considered a John Doe until he was positively identified by his sister. Marcell was a son, brother, uncle, cousin, and touched many hearts due to his kind, funny, and down-to-earth nature.

Unfortunately, he did not have life insurance and the family would greatly appreciate any donations and support they could get to lay him to rest.
