Hi everyone,
My name is Lex, and it breaks my heart to share that my aunt , Lela,
Creekpaum has passed away. Our family is devastated, and we are trying to navigate this painful time while honoring her life and memory.
If you knew Lela, you know she was funny, fun-loving, and incredibly caring. She had a way of making people laugh even on the hardest days, and she always put others before herself. She touched so many lives with her kindness and warm spirit.
Lela fought so hard for 12 years. She battled kidney failure and heart failure with so much strength and grace. Toward the end, she was tired and ready to go home and be at peace. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing she is no longer in pain.
She will be cremated, and we are working to cover the costs of her cremation services, a small memorial to celebrate her life, and related expenses. Along with everyday bills that don’t stop during moments like this, the financial burden has become overwhelming for our family.
We are humbly asking for any support you may be able to offer whether through a donation or simply sharing this page. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps more than we can put into words and brings us one step closer to honoring Lela with the loving farewell she deserves.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
With love and gratitude,
Lela Family
