It's with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God's will that we announce the promotion to glory of Josphat Mbugua, who was missing. Josphat was unfortunately found deceased on February 4th, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Irene; his two daughters, Elaine and Caroline; and his two granddaughters, Briana and Sydney.

Josphat was a loving father, grandfather, and friend to everyone he came across. He constantly went above and beyond for anyone and everyone, despite the need. He was well loved and respected by his community, and his family’s wish is to give him the send-off he deserves in Kenya, surrounded by his loved ones.

As his passing was unexpected, the arrangements to transport our father have brought significant and unforeseen expenses. We are therefore seeking to raise funds to help cover these costs and to give Josphat, who was a beautiful person inside and out, the beautiful send-off he truly deserves.

No matter how big or small, any contribution is deeply appreciated. We thank you in advance for all the love and support during this heartbreaking time.
