Hello everyone,

My name is John Wilson III, and I’m reaching out with a heavy and broken heart. My dad, John Wilson Jr, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, and our family is still in shock trying to process this devastating loss.

My dad didn’t have any life insurance, and as his son, the responsibility of handling his funeral arrangements has fallen on me with limited income, and the financial burden of these unexpected expenses has become overwhelming during an already painful time.

My dad meant so much to the people who knew him. He was strong, caring, and did the best he could for others. My dad was an active community leader. He was a senior shift supervisor at "Four Bell Men's Shelter' and was featured in the New York Times for administering the Heroin antidote. He saved five lives in five months. All I want is to honor him with the respectful and loving send-off he deserves.

I am humbly asking for support from family, friends, and anyone willing to help. Any amount no matter how small will make a difference and will go directly toward covering funeral and memorial costs.
