Dear family and friends,

It’s with a heavy heart and tears rolling down my face that I share this with you. My sweet baby girl Jennifer Lee is in the final stage of her life.

Jennifer is a diabetic, and it has taken a severe toll on her kidneys, along with all the medications she has needed for her congestive heart failure. She has been through so much over the years, with constant hospital stays and rehab visits. But Jennifer has always kept a positive attitude and fought her way back like a true champion. Even when doctors once said she might not survive her heart surgery, she proved them wrong. She is an incredibly strong and amazing woman.

But now her little body is so tired, and she is fighting as hard as she can. Seeing her suffer is heartbreaking, so I have called in hospice to help keep her comfortable during this time.

I am asking for your prayers, for peace and comfort, and for her to not suffer during this final stage of her journey.

I am also asking for help. Jennifer does not have a life insurance policy. I want to be able to give her the proper goodbye she deserves.
