On March 16th, 2026, our baby brother Garrett Johnson passed away alone at his residence. After losing our mom in

October of 2018 and dad in March of 2019, this is the last thing we ever expected. Garrett was the baby and did not take either loss well. Due to health reasons, Garrett was unable to work and deemed completely disabled. For this reason, Pete and I (Tonya) along with our families are trying to give our brother the burial he deserves in the memorial garden of the church he grew up attending next to our parents. We are requesting donations to fund his cremation and memorial expenses. We appreciate every thought, prayer, and donation we receive. Truly every amount helps.

A memorial will be held for Garrett and will be scheduled for a later date. We will update this when a date has been selected.

In the event that this raises more than the cost of the burial, any additional proceeds will be made as a donation in Garrett's name to the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Harvey, Michigan.
