It is with an unbelievably heavy heart that I share the passing of DJ on January 15th, 2025. DJ struggled with mental health challenges and left us far too soon. Losing him has been devastating, and there are no words that fully capture the pain of his absence.

DJ had a huge impact on countless people’s lives. He was someone who brought energy, loyalty, and love into every room he walked into. He made people feel understood, supported, and accepted for who they were. To know DJ was to be changed by him, and his loss is deeply felt by everyone who had the privilege of calling him a friend, family, or loved one.

I am setting up this GoFundMe to help raise money for DJ’s funeral and memorial service, so we can honor his life and give him the goodbye he deserves. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time and allow his loved ones to focus on grieving and remembering him.
