Hello — my name is Nicholas Cota. My brother and I are raising funds to help cover the funeral and related expenses for our beloved mother, Caroline Marie Cota, who passed away on March 7th, 2026.

She was 73 and leaves behind a family who loved her deeply. Because of unexpected costs for the service, burial, travel for relatives, and outstanding bills,

we need help to give her the proper farewell she deserves.

My mother raised my brother and me on her own and taught us everything we know, including her love of music and food. She treated everyone with kindness and respect, and those values live on in us.

We are asking for $25,000 to cover:

Funeral service and arrangements

Cremation/burial costs

Travel and lodging for family

Outstanding medical and final bills

Lost income due to missed work while making funeral arrangements
