Growing up my dad was the strongest man I knew. In my eyes, he was invincible. At an older age I realized he was only human. He understood hardship and dedicated his life to making sure his loved ones didn’t. He gave his family his all. Carlos put other people first, always. Unfortunately his time came earlier than any of us could have prepared for. It is devastating beginning to accept my brothers and I have lost our hero, and my mother has lost her life partner. He's left behind three sons to care for their mother, but his absence has left a void that can never be filled.

Our goal does not cover the entirety of our funeral expenses, and although it may not be reached, we appreciate help in any amount.
