Hi all, I have been volunteering at the Cambridge Women's Center for over two years. The Women's Center is a physical and digital community space open to anyone for whom woman is a meaningful identifier or lived experience. The Women's offers a safe space for learning, emotional support, empathy, and empowerment through self-determination.

Unfortunately, a week ago a member had $400 in cash stolen from her wallet. This is a rare event at the Women's Center and we have taken actions to ensure this won't happen again. However, we want to help the member who lost the money get it back. We are hoping the fundraise money through this go-fund me to help this member who is a single mom and currently at a homeless shelter due to domestic violence. Anything helps!
