Hey everyone,
It’s Michael here, and I’m writing because my cousin Carl and his girlfriend Alyssa could really use some help right now. Some of you know them, they’re the kind of people who’d give you the shirt off their backs if you needed it. Right now, they’re the ones who need us.
What Happened:
Alyssa was in a really bad car accident. Thankfully, she’s going to be okay, but she’s hurt pretty bad, and it’s going to be a long road to recovery. She can’t work for a while, and that means half their income is just gone, Alyssa’s paycheck was keeping them afloat, especially since they just bought their first house.
And of course, life doesn’t stop throwing curveballs. Right in the middle of all this, their well pressure tank died. If you’ve ever gone without running water, you know how impossible that makes everything, no showers, no laundry, no dishes. The fix costs $2,700, and right now, that might as well be a million bucks.
Why I’m Asking:
Carl’s doing everything he can, working, taking care of Alyssa, trying to keep it together but they’re drowning in stress. Alyssa’s recovery is going to take time, and every day without her paycheck makes things harder. I hate seeing two of the best people I know stuck like this.

Just giving them some breathing room while they figure things out
