I'm reaching out to ask for help supporting two young children in Hove who have recently experienced the heartbreaking and sudden loss of their mum earlier this month.

Both children are under the age of 18 and are currently being looked after by their elder sibling, though this is only a temporary arrangement. To protect their privacy during this tough time, their names are not being shared.

Our immediate goal is to raise enough funds to cover the cost of a cremation, allowing the children to keep their mum’s ashes and have something tangible to remember her by. Without this, a council funeral with no service or ashes would be the only option.

Any additional funds raised beyond the cost of cremation will go directly towards supporting the children as they navigate this transition, helping with living essentials and providing a small measure of stability.
