We are raising funds to plant a Purple Honey Locust tree at Pathways Hospice in Fort Collins in loving memory of Rachel Domeraski. Rachel was a vibrant, joyful, compassionate soul who touched the lives of everyone she met. During her final days, Pathways provided her with extraordinary care and comfort along with her husband, mother, and friends.
