Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out today to ask for a little support for my brother, Scott, and his son Brayden during a very difficult chapter in their lives.

Almost two years ago, Scott lost his wife, Jennifer, far too soon. Jennifer was an incredible wife, mother, and friend, and her absence is still deeply felt every single day. Since then, Scott has been doing everything he can to keep moving forward — working hard at his job in the steel industry while raising Brayden, who is now 16 and navigating life without his mom.

As anyone who has experienced loss knows, grief doesn’t just affect emotions — it can impact finances, stability, and day-to-day life in ways that are hard to explain. Scott has continued to work and provide, but the last couple of years have been challenging, and any extra support right now would make a real difference for them.

This fundraiser isn’t about charity — it’s about community, compassion, and giving a good man and his son a little breathing room as they continue rebuilding their lives. Funds raised will help with everyday expenses, bills, and supporting Brayden so he can focus on being a teenager while his dad keeps things together.

Scott is proud and hardworking, so starting something like this wasn’t easy for me. But I love my brother and nephew, and I know even small contributions can add up to meaningful support.
