A little support for Angelo & Tammy
Donation protected
For those of you that have the pleasure of knowing this beautiful family you will know that having them in your life is truly a blessing. They are both the most loving, kind and selfless people I know and will do absolutely anything to help anyone. The time has sadly come for them where right now they need all the support they can get.
Almost five years ago Angelo was diagnosed with Renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) which is an extremely aggressive cancer. Being only 39 years of age at the time of this diagnoses, this came to the family as a huge shock and it was an extremely emotional time for them and their five young children (now 16,14,12,10 & 6)
Over the past 4 years, Angelo has been in and out of hospital to have scans to check the growth. Some months they had great news and had shrinkage and then all hopes lost when the next scan showed more growth. It has been an up and down roller coaster of emotions for the family. While trying to deal with the cancer itself and undergoing immunotherapy, Angelo has also had two heart attacks and had to have stents put in. Recently he started having seizures and it wasn’t until part way through 2021 after his first seizure that the doctors found two tumours in his brain. A few weeks after that diagnoses he was in hospital having brain surgery to remove one of the tumours and continue with radiation to hopefully remove the other. At his last scan in early October 2021 the doctors have now detected four tumours in his brain and it has now spread to his right hip.
Throughout all of this heartache for the family, Tammy & Angelo have remained strong for each other and their children. For those of you who know Angelo, you know that he is the strongest person emotionally and is staying positive for himself and the family. He is an amazing man and we all admire his strength. He is a fantastic father to his children and an amazing husband to Tammy and always puts his family first by working so hard to make sure they are all happy and taken care of. Since his brain surgery he has had to have months off work and still doesn’t know when and if he can return. Tammy is working hard herself as a hairdresser, some nights working until 10pm just to help make life financially a little better, as well as running a household and caring for Angelo & the children.
We are all praying for a miracle to help this beautiful family. If there is anything that you can donate to help this family it would be much appreciated. Even if it’s a donation of a couple of dollars, every little bit will help to relieve some financial pressure for them.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading this story and please keep Angelo, Tammy & their children in your thoughts and prayers. Please feel free to share this story if you can.
Many thanks
