This is Jayda, a beautiful 13-year-old girl. While most kids her age are focused on school, friends, and growing up, Jayda has spent years fighting cancer. Three years ago, Jayda was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer that turned life their lives upside down. After 18 months of Chemotherapy, radiation, and the removal of 3 ribs and a large portion of her left lung a brief, hope‑filled remission followed. However, she heartbreakingly relapsed only months after and the fight began all over again—harder, longer, and more exhausting than anyone could have imagined.
Through every appointment, long night, and uncertain day, her mum Sarah has never left her side. As a single mother, Sarah has been at the hospital with Jayda for three years, unable to work because caring for Jayda is a full‑time commitment, one she carries with unwavering love.
This GoFundMe is a way to gently ease some of the weight they’re carrying. Your donation, of any size helps keep the lights on at home, puts essentials within reach, and gives Sarah room to focus on what matters most: being there for Jayda.
If you’re able to donate, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you can share a few kind words for Jayda, her sister Jemma and mum Sarah, that means the world, too. Your kindness brings comfort, steadiness, and hope to a family who needs it right now.
