A little light in the darkness

We have started this account for Kyle and LeAnn Jones and their boys, Kamden and Karson to help with hospital expenses, time off work and funeral cost following the unexpected, tragic loss of their precious, infant daughter, Addley Renee, that was born sleeping on 11/11/21 at Deaconess Women’s hospital in Evansville Indiana.

On 10/23/21 at 23 weeks pregnant, LeAnn’s water broke at home. She was rushed to Deaconess Women’s hospital where she and Kyle would spend the next 3 weeks. During this time LeAnn and Addley were closely monitored praying for Addley to stay put and grow, focusing on lung development, as this was a major concern due to the total loss of all amniotic fluid.

The days spent in the hospital were extremely long and stressful for everyone. On the day LeAnn was admitted to Deaconess, Kyle’s Grandfather, Fred Jones passed away and LeAnn was unable to attend his services. Being away from her family during this time was very difficult for everyone. Due to COVID 19 restrictions Kyle and LeAnn’s sweet boys were only able to visit outside the hospital making the time they spent together as a family very short.

Baby Addley was closely monitored by the excellent staff at Deaconess Women’s hospital. Twice a day LeAnn was hooked up to the monitor checking baby’s heart rate and monitoring for any contractions. Addley’s growth and development was also monitored twice a week by ultrasound. Kyle and LeAnn enjoyed and looked forward to hearing and seeing their baby girl during these monitoring sessions.

On November 11, 2021 during a routine monitoring session no heart beat could be found. An ultrasound was performed and Kyle and LeAnn’s fears became a reality, baby Addley Renee had gained her angel wings in the early morning hours.

A c-section was performed and miss Addley Renee Jones was born sleeping at 6:49 p.m. weighing 1lb 12 oz, 13.5 inches long with big brother Kamden’s lips and big brother Karson’s head full of beautiful hair.

The family is completely devastated with the loss of their precious angel.  Addley was and will continue to be loved and missed by so many.

LeAnn is a Registered Nurse in Olney and has cared for so many patients and families in our community. She is a wonderful wife, mother, nurse and friend. I’m hoping by raising some money to help with the acquired expenses it may take some stress off of Kyle and LeAnn.

Thank You and God Bless!
