Update to update: Because people have been so generous exceeding beyond anything I could imagine, I am going to close this down, trying to raise $1000 more so rent is also covered in Dec now and then I am done. Also very willing to help anyone I can with anything they need to get through these tough times.

Not the easiest post to write, but the TV slowdown has made things rough and I’ve been stuck waiting on payment for a recent project - $7000 and the people involved, not TV but a podcast company has ghosted me.

I’m looking for a little help covering November rent ($2,750) while I line up new producing, development, field, post, or copywriting work. Also if you hear of anyone hiring please let me know

As for pivoting I am looking to do that too and have some plans but it's taking a minute to transition if I need to do that. This is all terribly sexy and glamorous but just where we are at the moment, thanks friends. Hopeful for better news for all of us soon.
