A Little Help to Keep Us Moving
Donation protected
Hello, friends. My name is Chris, and I’m 72 years old. I’ve worked hard my entire life, but a little over a year ago, I suffered a spinal compression fracture in my lower back. Since then, I’ve been unable to work, and my wife and I now rely solely on our Social Security income.
We’ve been getting by, but recently we hit a bump in the road — literally. Our 2006 Honda Pilot, with over 220,000 miles, can no longer pass the emissions test. Without that, I can’t renew the registration or legally drive it. It’s my primary vehicle, and fixing it is essential for getting to doctor’s appointments, running errands, and staying connected to our community.
The estimated cost for parts and labor is around $600. I’m humbly asking for small donations to help us cover this repair. Every little bit helps, and your kindness would mean the world to us.
Thank you for taking the time to read this — and for any support you can offer.
With gratitude,
Chris
