Hi, my name is Ian Whitaker — known in my spiritual circles as Isha Avatar Das — and we are starting this fundraiser with a humble request for support during an unexpectedly difficult chapter in our lives.

After a lifetime of hard work, my partner Steve has had to retire early due to ill health. It happened suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving us both shocked and unsure of what comes next. Overnight, the plans we had lovingly built for our retirement were thrown into uncertainty.

We are doing everything we can to reorganise our finances and adjust to this new reality, but the transition is proving difficult. While we navigate medical appointments, paperwork, and the emotional weight of such a big change, we’re simply asking for a little temporary help to carry us through this challenging time.
