A little help goes a long way! My Docuseries

Hello!

I’ve finally been convinced by friends and family to start a gofund me. I’m stubborn and don’t like asking for help.

Most folks who are close to me know I’ve been working on a docuseries for the last two years. LA has challenged me in ways I never thought possible. It’s hard being out here alone while being relentless in your craft. I’ve never cared about something so much in my life. 

This documentary has been my baby! I left work full time to focus on it and frankly, it means everything to me.  About a year ago I was offered a partnership with a very well known production company. For those of you who are unfamiliar with film. The production company are the folks who finance the film and get it to distributors.  Unfortunately after a year of working together, they haven’t spent a dime or gotten me one meeting with networks.  Not to mention, this has happened to me several times with other companies. I keep saying to myself, if only I could fund it myself!! per why I’m here! 

After pouring my blood, sweat and tears into this project I’ve come to a dead end. I’ve sacrificed everything for this the last two years, depending on other production companies to get it done! This funding will give me the power to do it on my own and not rely on unreliable companies. Nothing worth having comes easy. I’ve been putting in the work, I just need some fairy god mother (and father) dust to get my project and I back on our feet! Love and appreciate any support you can give!
