My mom and her husband, Jeri & Bill Littrell had a house fire yesterday. What hasn’t been damaged from the fire is wrecked from water and smoke damage. 

Our family was very fortunate to have both dogs and the bird saved by a neighbor with no family in the home at the time of the fire. This house is usually filled with grandkids, family, and friends. We’re so lucky that it’s only things that are lost. My mom is out of state helping care for her mom and Bill is here to do what he can with what is left. 

I’ve had several reach out to ask what they cando, how they can help, and while it hurts my pride more than anything, right now this is all I know to do or ask. Money is tight for them rightnow, as it has been for many this past year. They were buying this home on contract and it’s unclear on what will happen insurance wise. If you know Jeri & Bill, you know they’re giving people with good hearts. They do anything for family and friends. Their home is a landing spot in times of need & they’d give their shirts off their backs without even being asked.
