As most of us know, Matthew and Molly are expecting a new little one! As the soon to be parents (again) are extremely excited about the arrival of this new bundle of joy, its already giving the parents a slight headache!
Molly has been under the watchful eye of the wonderful staff at Mayo for a week now and will continue to be until the scheduled due date of May 6th, 2022. She was diagnosed with vasa previa, which has lead to her being hospitalized. Vasa previa is when the umbilical cord doesnt connect to the placenta correctly which means she will have to have a c section and puts her pregnancy in the high risk category.
With the unfortunate circumstances, Molly is unable to go to work and therefore will not be collecting a paycheck during this unprecedented times. As we all have experienced as of late, things are more expensive and bills still need to be paid. Any contribution to the Jacobson family is greatly appreciated!!
