I never thought I would be writing this, but here it goes:

I received a diagnosis of lymphoma, and have already begun a rigorous regimen of chemotherapy that is expected to last for over six months.

The side effects of this treatment have made it impossible for me to maintain a regular activities. Facing these health challenges is daunting, not only physically and emotionally but also financially.

During this time when I am most vulnerable, I find myself in need of additional support to help cover transport to the hospital, food and medical expenses. NHS does not cover everything. The government pays for the rent only. Charity organisations like McMillan offer only advice and information, not financial help.

I am reaching out to ask if you might lend your support in any way you feel able. Whether it is a financial contribution to help with the expenses mentioned, or sharing this request with others, any support you offer would be incredibly impactful to my situation. Your kindness and generosity during this time mean everything to me.
