A little help for Kwesi in a time of need

Greetings beloved family, friends, and travelers, I need help with medical bills, which have combined and snowballed. After my operations(first OP was in 2013 c7, c5, and the last was March 2019 L region of lower back) many bills were past due, and this comes at the same time, as I renew my Visa(Freelance Working Visa, for legal employment), for residency in Berlin Germany, where I live and work since more than 15 years.
Due to medical bills and health insurance costs, combined with tax debt, I am need of more than €25,000, /or any advice on working this out.
If I am deported, I´ll be Banned for 5 years. Additionally, honestly, I don´t know how to deal with the 750% increase in housing, and health care in America from Berlin costs. If anyone has, instead of a contribution, some advice, or useful questions, I might learn from, on dealing with these things, now and in the future, I would very much appreciate a message, or comment to that end please.
My current Visa expired on Jan. 17, 2020, last Friday, and the earliest appointment I could secure after my return to Berlin in Nov. 2019 for my Fathers Funeral in the Bronx NY, was for Feb. 2, 2020, which means that if I have not paid off a substantial portion of this debt, and secured agreements for monthly payments, I will receive a notice, of intent to deport me, when I go to my appointment next month, at the Immigration Authority here.
I am trying to raise at least €25,000/$27,767.58 to make a downpayment and begin monthly payments on the outstanding bills, so that I can renew my visa and keep working here. The appointment on on Feb.3, 2020.
